Who I Am
I started Kelley IT Solutions in 2020 because I saw a real gap: small businesses and residential clients were either overpaying for impersonal IT providers, or going without proper IT support entirely. Neither option is good enough.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience across helpdesk, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT leadership, I bring enterprise-level thinking to organizations that don't have enterprise budgets. When you hire me, you work with me directly, not a ticketing system.
